With over 15 years in banking, I’ve built my career around helping businesses grow and succeed through strong relationships and smart financial strategies. In my current role as a Business Development Manager, I focus on connecting with business owners, understanding what drives them, and delivering solutions that truly support their goals.

My time at Tri Counties Bank as a Senior Business Banker II gave me a deep understanding of business-to-business banking, and how to create value beyond just products - it’s about trust, follow-through, and showing up when it matters. Before that, my experience at Bank of America in roles like Business Banker and CSA II in Merchant Services helped me sharpen my sales skills and learn the importance of service that’s both professional and personal.

What motivates me every day is knowing that I can make a real impact, whether it’s helping a local business secure the right loan to expand or being a long-term partner in their financial journey. I take pride in being someone people can count on reliable, knowledgeable, and committed to results.
